Professional Master's Programs
The Department of Computational and Applied Mathematics offers two professional master’s programs, the master of computational and applied math (M.C.A.A.M.) and the master of computational science and engineering (M.C.S.E.). The M.C.A.A.M. program prepares students interested in technical careers with the computational and applied mathematics tools needed to solve complex problems in engineering, science and business.
The M.C.S.E. program focuses on computational techniques for a wide range of industries. The program is offered jointly by the Departments of Computational and Applied Math, Computer Science and Statistics.
Both programs require 30 credit hours.
